- Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.

- Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if the product is returned and meets the return eligibility.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Sale items are not eligible for refund.
- Cancellations
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled if production has started.
